Last time I came here they had a dead turtle... I assumed it was just the circle of life... well this time I come and take my kids and these snakes and reptiles had absolutely nothing! A lot of them had no food, no water, no hides, nothing to make them feel safe or hide from the heat lamps! Idk what yalls deal is, but this is absolutely shameful and it's considered animal cruelty! Something needs to be done with yall! Y'all got expensive azz $hit in there and can't afford to make sure these LIVING BEINGS are living a healthy and safe environment!!?!!?? Wow... I'm absolutely mortified right now! Y'all need shut down!

I loved it start to finish! Super easy to schedule and hours extremely convenient. Everyone was so nice and caring about my kitten. We'll definitely be back!!

I stopped in there last week to look at fish the fish did not look healthy at all!! I was back there looking at different tanks of fish for several minutes there was two employees back there right at the fish tank cleaning them whatever they was doing Neither one of the girls ever asked me if I needed help or anything! They were to busy gossiping about the GM manager and saying how they didn’t like this one they did like that one etc. First of all I find Ridiculous they were to busy to even asked me if I needed help or anything I was standing right beside them ! And then to be talking bad about the regional manager in front of customers that is really ridiculous ! Definitely was not good customer service at all ! I ended up leaving and going to Petsmart !

Don’t even waste your time these people no nothing about what they doing with fish or reptiles , bad enough people find live animals in there trash that is alive so if I was everyone else I wouldn’t waste my time

I use to enjoy being a loyal customer at the petco in Kokomo. But when I found out that my favorite groomer Kaisha got let go, I am taking my money elsewhere. If they let go awesome workers, it leaves one to wonder what else of quality they are willing to cut corners on. We spent lots of money there but bc of this, they aren't going to see a dime of it from here on out. And many of my close friends and family feel the same way. Worst mistake you could've made was letting go of someone with such passion for her work and someone who treated our animals as her own.

The manager of the grooming department has taken care of my Buster a few times now......I love and appreciate her SO much!!! Her name is ,Kaesha, I am sorry I am not sure of the spelling of her name. She has been nothing but very kind and SO helpful!! Teaching me about how to care for my puppy! It has been awhile since I have had a dog. And she is so patient and kind when she takes care of Buster!! He is not the easiest pup to bathe and cut his hair. Very wiggly and can be nippy! But he loves her and she says she loves him too!! Which of course makes me happy!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Kaesha!!!
