“We enjoy the pet wash station. I just wish Pet Supplies Plus staff cleaned the tubs and area better. I also wish staff watched customers and held them to the time rules as I’ve witness multiple people violates that rule. I get it though, I say this as a disabled person as I really wish Pet Supplies Plus at least had a waiting area or seats for individuals who do have to wait.”

“Davis friendly and very helpful because I found a praying mantis outside my apartment looks like it was dead but come find out it's not and PetSmart told me that they don't eat dead at critters or you know bugs they like live bugs so I went and got her I went to Walmart and got some dead ones because I wasn't I didn't know at the time but then I went and got some live crickets and she's the praying mantises moving around something else”
“This place is a whole experience. We went there to look and learn about birds before we decide. All of our questions were answered honestly. They entertained our children with all sorts of animals and information while we did our inquiring. There is a huge array of juvenile and subadult tarantulas. We will most definitely be back, and we live 1.5 hrs away. We saw Quaker, Indian ringneck, and Amazon parrots, conures, macaws, love birds, cockatiels and parakeets, alligators, lizards, snakes, new and old world tarantulas, frogs, puppies, ferrets, chinchillas, bunnies and more.”
