Got a drink from there put a shot of slush in my drink and the charge me for a 24 oz slushie and the price of my drink and the employees get paid under the table and the don't pay taxes they are a big rip off

Had 4 police units called on me because the gentleman all of a sudden wouldn't accept pennies at the register.Lied to police and said I wouldn't leave the store because I asked for someone above him to discuss a complaint.Terrible service highly discriminatory.Beware of this man!

Stay away from them at all costs there money hungryTried to charge me $4.28 for 1 drink and 4 flavors yet a different OneStop store only charged me $2.88 for 1 drink and 4 flavors.The first one tried tell me they charge 40cents for drive thru per person but that doesn't add up to the $2.00 extra even including tax that $1.00 at most not $2.00

I'm only giving 2 stars because I like their cokes and a few employees are kind. But seriously most of the staff especially the younger males are arrogant and so so so rude. They talk on the phone the whole time you're in front of them and continue talking. Everything you need or ask for is a manor inconvenience. They also like to stop and shut the window to very obviously talk about customers. Most of these rude employees barely speak to you and are easily annoyed. If you want a good soda and horrible customer service this is the place for you.

I was disappointed because they were out of both chicken legs and wings. But the wedges were delicious and the thighs were fresh and crispy.

Employee working at the drive-thru was very rude & appeared inconvenienced that a customer came to the window. He called me a d*** “bi###” when I told him to forget it, I would go somewhere else and get my drinks. I will never return there!!!!

My family stops here practically everyday. Cecilia and Emma have never been anything less than great! Gas prices are always reasonable and the chicken, finger licking good.

I use to love going here and getting my fountain drinks... but all week long the fountain drinks have no carbonation and no flavor .. we open the lid and the coke and mtn dew liquid is almost clear! And taste like well water..... they use to keep up on them so good! People there now are seriously SLACKING!! Especially at NIGHT! Get your stuff together people if you’re going to run a business......... NOT TO MENTION I’ve went in and got breakfast muffins just to get out of the store to find out the food is EXPIRED!!! ... on top of waiting in line for 15 mins for someone to make a coke??? while they stand there talking to each other playing around

Very bad service at night a the north Washington store. The guy is always on the phone and never comes to the window. I'm 100% sure he is in there sleeping tonight. 1/9/20. I waited behind 2 cars in line for about 10 minutes and he never came to the window. After going around the building to make the bell ring again we all pulled away. It's like this most nights that he is working.
