I called for a tire and I got my car there just to sit for hours, they ignored me while everyone who worked there just got high smoking weed the whole time and drinking beers. I tried talking to a few people about when they were going to get to my tire which was a simple change out and the guys I questioned evaded me so they didn't have to answer anything. To top that off they didn't even put my tire on right and it caused it to dig into my rim. After a few days I called back after noticing the problem and I just got excuses as to why my tire was doing that- I get it that places get busy at times but get your customers in an orderly fashion not by picking and choosing who you want to take care of first.

Website states that they’re open on Saturdays.. So I arrived at opening time. I waited an hour before I finally decided to leave (they still hadn’t opened.) Would be nice if they updated that.

I received service on 1/24/2024. I was apprehensive after reading past reviews. However, MY experience was nothing short of impressed. At least 4 tire handlers, and Nick himself, were out in the cold rain performing like a NASCAR pit crew. Their lot stayed full and the tire changer was not getting a brake. Considering that they cannot be operating on a large profit margin, I definitely got what I paid for in a timely fashion. Manage your expectations people.
