Was traveling south on 31… first of all, difficult to access this station, and then discovered that none of the pumps would work BECAUSE THEY HAD NO FUEL. Please turn off your signs or make it very clear when you’re unable to do business!!!

Car broke down in snow storm. Was told to cross the interstate by foot by the gas station attendant and if we stayed he would call the police when we bought something and just needed to stay warm.
