We went on vacation and we had to board our dogs for the first time and I was extremely nervous as they are part of our family. Harold and his wife took great care of our dogs and even let me call and check up on them and always answered the phone. We will always use Mince’s creatures for any future boarding needs we have and my husband and I absolutely recommend them to anyone !

We are a military family that has a travel ban because of the coronavirus!!! Canceled our reservations 2 weeks prior to our dog’s arrival date! No refund given on our deposit. Definitely won’t use Minces! These are extreme circumstances I could see if we were just cancelling to cancel! Unfortunately it’s ordered by the pentagon

they are always great with our dog. Not only did they take great care of our dog well while we were on vacation, throughout our vacation they continually took pictures of charli then sent them to us. It was our 1st leaving him somewhere while we were on vacation . I wouldn't recommend anyone else
