Worked with Drew. Drew was patient with me and worked through the various challenges of selling us the vehicle being that we live in Minnesota. Was transparent with me on the pluses and minuses of the truck which was greatly appreciated as I didn’t want to have any surprises after flying in to pickup the truck. Truck was as I expected when arrived, signed the papers and we were done. Good experience. Thanks Drew.

Don at Rochester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was FANTASTIC to work with in purchasing our 2018 Pacifica. We had our 3 children with us (2 toddlers & 1 infant) and he was so patient with them. So thankful for him. Will definitely be repeat customers for all our vehicle needs!

Tried to over sell me on a car. Got the same car at a diff location with less miles for less than 6k what he was selling it for. Also used bad sales tactics like having his daughter be on a “phone call” about the car I was looking at. My fiance saw he was on best buys site acting like he was doing computer stuff. Also didn’t actually pull my credit so he was saying he could do payments but had no idea because he didnt pull or look at anything. Go elsewhere! Go to big city cars in fort wayne!

This is the 4th vehicle Don has helped put me into...the 6th for my fiance. Down payments are always extremely reasonable and cars are the most reliable I've ever gotten used. I have never been happier with service I have received here. They are so trust worthy we drive over 3 hours each way just to get to them. DON is amazing and such a sweet soul and if you get a chance to meet the fluffy black and white dog that comes in with one of the managers...your heart will melt cause he is a fluff ball of love lolGMC Acadia Denali

I had been looking for a gently used vehicle for a couple of years and after keeping an eye on Mike Anderson's website I finally found the right car for me. I love my used Nissan Rogue and feel like we paid fair market value. The sales staff was polite and accommodating and I look forward to guiding folks to making a deal with them! Great people to deal with. Was able to get what I wanted. Got the payment that I wanted and a 36 month 36000 mile power train warranty. Salesman are not pushy. Friendly staff i would recommend this dealership.
