Katlien was rude at Kokomo store we payed our phone bill on the 1 st and today she said no trust passing we was wanting to talk to her boss Travis but she called the cops for no reason I didn’t even do anything wrong to her so if I was u don’t go to metro get your cards to metro or pay online I’ve been dealing with a lot my family dog got put down and she had to get hateful to us

I want to say that I had a great experience today with a lovely lady at your store. She helped me with a big problem with my phone. She was extremely experienced and fixed the problem with ease. My anxiety level went down to a thankfully normal level. She was kind and pleasant and my hat goes out to her. Thanks a thousand times. Modesty is the Best!!

Travis Campbell was a huge help switching from my old carrier to metro. I highly recommend this service! I Upgraded my phone, added a few new lines and my bill is still cheaper than the last carrier. The service is a huge thing for me, and so far seems to be great! Thanks again for all your help! ☺️

This place is absolutely terrible to work for. My buddy John and I are professionally experienced, got hours cut to only 25 hours a week. Disrespectful management. Who get mad over everything. Travis the DSM is not someone you want to work for. They take your money. They fire you for no reason. Even when you’re the best, you’re replaceable. They threaten you with that all the time. Not a great company to be with

Ive been with metro for 4 months im happy there's younger gentlemen there was there today April 12 2023 they helped me a few times when I've had an issue with phone due to my own ignorance I'm 57 years old not one bit tech savvy I don't need to be as long as you keep professional friendly understanding respectful people like these two you will keep me as a customer indefinitely thanks for making something complicated for me an easy fix just tell em what's up hand em the phone look around get if back and good to go outstanding staff thanks for hiring people like these 2 gentlemen if leave for another company I will follow

They sold us a very bad phone. It is called Wiko for the whole time i have had it dropped calls and sounded like i was under the water. today it completes shut off, I called them, and the guy said that there was nothing he could do for me at all. I am out of a phone. I should of know there was a reason someone would tell me that no one would have this phone. I though Metro-by T mobile were honest people and would work for me but the guy hang up on me three times. This last time it was because I said i could not physically turn on the phone. he kept telling me to get in to apps. the screen is black and the button to turn it on isn't working so how can i get into any apps.
