Love these guys! They tell you upfront what it's gonna cost their straightforward whether or not they think they can do something! I was sitting in my seat waiting for my car. Someone called to get a price on what they had done to his vehicle and the guy behind the counter said "you know what it took us 12 minutes to diagnose and treat your car all needed was a new electrode cover on the top. We just stuck that on plugged it in and it worked great there's no charge."Class acts!

The gentlemen went above & beyond to make sure I understood not only what they were seeing issues with but also explaining what the appropriate steps would be to get my car back on the road. Everybody was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They did an excellent in pointing out other things to help improve my vehicle. Went in for an oil change and were done in less than 40 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I have taken all 3 of our household cars for regular oil changes and it is always quick and relatively inexpensive. Their repair work is great and at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them for whatever issue that comes my way.

They got me in right away, and they put new brakes and rotors on my vehicle. Last time I was there they were honest and told me I didn’t need them yet. So, I was sure to go back to them this time.

Customer service is unpleasant. Not very welcoming at all. If I could give this place a negative star I would. The place was dirty and very dusty in the customer waiting area. Then the Manager tried to over charge me for a service. Telling me the thermostat was on the bottom of the motor when it’s right on top. Was a 5 min job. I actually ended up doing myself. He thought I didn’t know anything about cars. Told me my water pump was busted when it wasn’t. When I left I had more things wrong with my car than I did when I got there, now my car has been doing a popping from the control arm when I get up to speed. Nothing like that was wrong with the car before. Once they the car in the air, and take it down now I have that issue. Never again will I got to the Meineke shop in Kokomo,Indiana
