I always get light headed/pass out when having blood taken. Today was my first visit with this lab and the lady that took my blood was awesome and I had no issues. Both of the ladies that were working were pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this laboratory.

The phlebotomist was able to draw my blood fast and with no struggle. My results came in early the next morning!

They are much cheaper than going through a hospital lab. Less than $100 for my tests vs $300+ for hospital labs. Obviously the amount will vary depending on your insurance and tests done. They now take appointments on their website so that's nice. Also the phlebotomists (people who take the blood) know what they are doing.

My sister went to this facility yesterday to attempt to get a drug screen for her school. The staff was not helpful at all and instead of directing her to the correct facility or giving her the correct information they just dismissed her without even looking at her paperwork.So we went back today hoping to get the correct information and the lady that had brownish curly hair was very rude and dismissive. The other young lady that was in the front that was wearing a ponytail actually seemed to go out of her way to finally understand what we needed and apologized that they did not help my sister. This location is a off-site and we were informed that they do not do Drug screens, which of course was not the issue. My sister and I were upset about the fact that this information could not be explained yesterday. I actually work for Labcorp in another state and I have never seen so much unprofessionalism in my life. Customer service is not this facility’s best attribute. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I feel bad for the young lady that actually apologized for the miscommunication, because she has to work with the woman that is very rude and unprofessional.
