I called the Kokomo Kroger on Dixon road to have a prescription transferred that was sent to the Zionsville location by mistake. The young man was so very helpful and made the transfer easy. Thank you for the excellent help and for going above and beyond.

This is the most unorganized pharmacies I have ever used. Life saving meds are sometimes not available as promised. They will say it will be ready and when I show up they will say "We have to order this. Do you still want it?" A call immediately would have been more helpful as I could have made other arrangements. Brayden is always very helpful and friendly. There is a tech there who is just awful. I absolutely dread seeing her face as I pull up to the window. They don't care if your meds aren't there as promised. They basically shrug it off. Terribly managed pharmacy! Avoid at all costs.

Kroger needs to spring for a new sign for their hours on the pharmacy. It says they’re open till 6 o’clock but in fact they are only open until five this pharmacy is always shorthanded so the wait is very long. They definitely need some help I only rated them for two because I have had lots of issues with Medication’s not being ready on time and pharmacy techs not checking for prescriptions properly

This was once again an extremely disappointing shopping experience. Where in the heck is customer service anymore??? There were 5 employees standing around talking and I was having to go through the self check out?? I was obviously struggling and not 1 staff offered help?! Their app targets things I buy regularly and offers coupons. For what?? Their generally, and again today are out of those items. I'm strongly considering refusing to shop here for awhile. Covid is over, stop using excuses for why the customer service isn't a priority. Or, start sending your customers their W 2's lol

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are rude and medicine is never ready when it's supposed to be. Switched pharmacies. What a disgrace

Hours are inaccurate and inconsistent with the signs posted. Receive your medication on THEIR schedule.

They are awfully snobby for how s*i*ty of a job they do… and they seem to think they have more reach and authority than they are entitled to.My medication was withheld from me until I supplied a reason for why I was prescribed my medication. (i’m not gonna explain it but that’s not how that works) Medication is never ready on time. I’ve sat on hold for over three hours (not the first time, and not an exaggeration ) with them before they answered and put me on hold. Because what’s the alternative? I drive a half hour to town for them to tell me my medication won’t be ready until tomorrow? And then it’s still not ready. I don’t know what this places deal is, but they need some oversight…. If anywhere else in town took my insurance I’d be gone! If I could give you zero stars I would.

Switching pharmacies asap. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. My grandma waited 3 days for insulin that she most definitely needs. This has happened every single time she has filled any of her medications. Doctors office called in medicine for her on Wednesday and it is Friday and she's only gotten one so far. Unacceptable. Something has to be done because I know we're not the only ones having these problems. Also have had quite a few rude encounters that were not necessary.

They never have any of my scripts ready when they say they're going to or they say they're going to have them ready and they say they are out of stock when I go to get it. VERY poor customer service... They are supposed to notify my doctor's office to let them know that I am low on refills and they never do

Ordered my meds over the phone to be ready by 4:30pm. Went there at 7pm and they weren't ready. This has happened to me every single time. I'm making the switch to Walgreens.

Went there at 7:50 for my high blood pressure medicine. (was told on the phone it would be ready past 1 PM) I knew they closed at 8 and try to never be "that guy" but it happened today. Person in front of me took forever; and I got to the window at 7:58. When I got there, I was told it wasn't ready and they would have it in the morning. Im out of the medicine and could have a stroke without it. When I informed the two employees of this; and that the mistake was not mine... I was told "too bad were closed" I replied... so do I just go home and try not to die? This is your mistake! I was told sorry again. I never leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. I hope someone sees this review and holds the employees responsible.
