The cost of running a diagnostic on a vehicle is crazy I would rather have a smaller shop do the work, if u know the mechanics, that they’ll stand behind their work. I use a dealership only because they have a reputation to keep.

My Honda CRV started to stall at intersections
After diagnostics determined it was catalytic converter, then spark plugs. Every step of the way, I was infoof progress and cost. Professionals through and through.

If you’re looking to buy a car from a dealership who actually cares about their customers this is the place to go! Both Dustin and Adam were great to work with, very knowledgeable, and patient when it came to selling me a new car. They really made me feel like they cared about helping me and not like they were just there trying to make money. Definitely planning to go back for my next vehicle!!

I walked in without an appointment and had no issues. Everything was easy and straightforward. I didn't have a run around, talk in circles, kind of experience like I've had at other dealerships. So thankful for Kokomo Auto World for making a stressful time a little less stressful!

Every one in service department is friendly, polite and all. Good job on that. But they can’t seem to diagnose or fix my a/c issue. It’s a Honda van at a Honda shop. It’s very frustrating, time consuming and costly and not resolved as yet.

Came in with a problem of battery not charging, without an appointment was still taken in to have it checked out in a timely manner everything was checked to my satisfaction and was able to go on with my business the rest of the day, very impressed especially since I was from the Indianapolis area with out a prior appointment. Very friendly service manager and staff. Got the job done!
