So I just wanted to let you guys know that if you’re needing to get anything fixed on your vehicle, I would find another place to go. We had brought our vehicle into get the brakes, caliber and rotors fixed and when we got our vehicle back, they completely missed one of the tires meaning they didn’t put anything on it. So then, when we took it back to have them fix the mistake that they had made they pushed it off, and it took them about three days to finally fix their mistake. On top of that, they double charged us for the mistake that they had made. To be honest, I don’t even think they deserve one star, but I have to at least put something on there for me to be able to post this. I’m sorry, but if you are the one to make a mistake, I feel like it should be your first priority to fix the mistake that you made and to also apologize to the customer letting them know that your sorry for making a mistake and that they shouldn’t have to pay again for a mistake that they had made.

Took my friend and his money for a ride, and not a good one. His repaired brake pad fell out of his car as he left the shop and they made him pay more money to fix it!

I am an out of town worker I paid them 375.00 to change rear calipers, brake pads,and rotors. I leave the shop and they didn’t install the brake pads correctly causing them to fall out a day later. I take it to the shop and drop it off and I wait all weekend for them to open. I call 8am on Monday they apologize admitting they screwed up. Here I am on wednesday 6:25pm it’s still not done. This could have killed me. Update I was charged to have the horrible work they did again

AC went out all of a sudden. They said they had to splice a wire. Charged 175.00 for that for 3 hours work. Forgot to bolt something back on that fell off about a mile after I left there. Took it back and they apologized and put it back. Found out the next day my horn stopped working. Figured out the fuse for the horn was missing that was there at least 2 days before I took it there. After all that it looks like it was intentional. Never been there before, they were just who was available that day. Not sure if they're immoral or incompetent but either way I'll never go backService: A/C installation & repair

Was going to them because I thought they were fair he quoted me four hours of Labor and then did it in two hours and refuse to fix the quote and still charged me an outrageous amount. Price that was quoted over the phone with $776 when I go to pay he charged me over $883. And then charges 4% on all debit. And then was asked if I wanted to do an alignment afterwards and I told him no. Come to find out in alignment is mandatory for the job that he did and he was going to charge me way more for an alignment. Do not use them because they will rip you.
