Debbie, in the office, was very helpful & knew the answers to my questions. The work was done quickly & at the price estimated. Even called to make sure we knew to have it towed so it could go directly in the garage. I highly recommend J & L.

Terrible experience beware woman that answers the phone is definitely not a people person remember if you dont feel comfortable with the people messing with your vehicle there's more auto mechanics in Kokomo find a good one

Beware! Lady in office is a horrible, they had our vehicle over a week, 300 dollars later and vehicle is doing the same thing, you have been warned!
