When no one else would help me, and for no reason made it impossible to get insurance, and I was about to lawyer up, and even the BMV was on my side(which is a huge shock) , this place right here made it possible, they got my insurance until I can’t purchase insurance anymore.

Would give no stars if could! They kept raising my rate with no answer why. Then after I cancelled my policies they still took money out of my account and wouldn't give back. The yearly member fee is just a discount card but you have to have it to be insured. I highly recommend DO NOT this insurance company!

Staff is extremely friendly and make you feel as though they know you just from your voice on the phone. Only issue I had was they were charging me double what my current insurance is and make you pay a membership fee. I asked them to match the rates of my now current insurance company and they could not. So much for being a valued customer after many years of carrying insurance with Farm Bureau.

It's ok... I'm working with them for my brother...his house burnt to point of whole house remodel....and all new wiring...and some plumbing....they did an awesome job of getting my brother and his wife in a place to stay!...
