I went into Herbst to get my Covid vaccine. I was not happy about being there at all and nerves about the vaccine but the lady that was assisting me was super nice, caring, and tried to comfort me. I really appreciated it.

Asked three days in a row to be called when my prescription came in. Never got a call. Hours online are incorrect, so I still haven't gotten my prescription. I'll be in withdrawal for a week on Monday. Never coming back.

Extremely overpriced. I brought a prescription I pay $40 for at a compounding pharmacy in West Lafayette. They wanted $65 at Herbst. A 40% increase in price.

Best small pharmacy I have ever used by far. They always are nice and greet u when u walk in. They always have my medicine. And u never have to wait long for them to fill it. The longest I ever waited was 10 minutes maybe. Yes. It is a bit more expensive but totally worth it to not be treated horribly and made to wait 30+ minutes like thier competitors make u do such as Wal*Mart in Kokomo. That place was a pill factory compaired to the respect and dignity the people at Herbst offer.
