“I would like to report an excellent customer service experience I had today with Mike at the Kokomo Lowe's. I was having difficulty finding color match shingles for a minor roof repair. Mike went out of his way to find some spray paint and conducted an experiment there in the store to see if the shade could be slightly altered. The roof repair went well and I am thankful for Mike in the Lumber and Roofing department.”
