IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD!!VERY RUDE IM IN THE MARKET FOR NEW GYM SHOES. I GO 7 DAYS A WEEK I LITERALLY WALKED IN THE SALES PEOPLE AT THE REGISTER DECIDED TO HOLD CONVERSATION WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AS IF THEY DID NOT SEE ME AT ALL I WALKED CLOSER TO THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY SEEN ME ,THEY STILL DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE ME AT ALL OF SAY CAN I HELP U AT ALL. THIS IS PATHETIC THAT THERE IS NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ITS LIKE THESE PEOPLE GET PAID TO DO NOTHING. ITS JUST SAD HOLDING A PERSONAL CONVERSATION 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS LEFT THE STORE AS WELL. THEY PROCECEDED TO STAND THERE AND NOT WORK AT ALL!!

The store manager, Aaron, is absolutely awesome! He is so kind and happy to help in any situation and notices the customer and greets the customer the second they walk in.Yesterday I was returning a pair of unworn dunks because I thought I was ordering black and tan, but they were brown and tan. I had my online order receipt in the box and only tried on one shoe in my home.I wasn’t greeted at all and the female employee was trying on shoes for herself.The shift manager, Cesar, helped me and made me feel so uncomfortable about my return. He inspected the shoes, picking at the bottom, asked me if I wore them; the other shoe still had the original stuffing in it. They had delivered to my home only a couple days before I returned them. I told him I tried on the left shoe for less than 60 seconds and realized they were the wrong color and also too big.The other employee was very kind to my baby and was playing with her while I was checking out, but made a comment saying my shoes looked like they came from StockX.Cesar then asked me for my email and said nothing came up with my email even though I had the literal receipt in the box. I also was returning a hat that I had wanted to wear with the shoes and my outfit, but again, couldn’t wear the hat because the shoes were wrong. “are you returning all of this?” Yes, I am returning all of it because I sat it all on the counter with the receipt and said I have a return.Overall they made me feel extremely uncomfortable doing my return and made me feel like I was doing something wrong and I know I wasn’t. I also asked for the money back on my card, which was my original tender, but they refused to put it on my card. Aaron let me know their computer wouldn’t let them for some reason.I manage a retail store and fully believe that how you handle returns can make or break whether or not a guest will continue shopping there. In my store, I also assume the best about my guests, not the worst, and very rarely do I ever deny a return, even if it’s a year old and the product is defective. I want my guests happy with what they purchase and to have product that lasts and is to their standard.Again, I think Aaron is a fabulous manager and person, but the employees I dealt with yesterday were extremely disrespectful and I unfortunately wont go in there or deal with anyone else other than Aaron moving forward.

Quite possibly one of the worse places you go for shoes or anything else. The staff they have here are a bunch of high school and college kids that cringe at the fact of actually having to help someone.I was in with my daughter to locate some shoes and the “kids” wouldn’t even acknowledge us with even a welcome.Absolutely do not go there and do not condone this behavior. If this is what the company stands for they will put themselves out of business soon enough.

Very nice had what we needed and the best thing is they have Military Discounts...
