The day I drove my 2016 Buick regal home after purchasing the vehicle, the shudder problem was quite evident..I called the next day and spoke with Sam about the problem. I was hoping maybe it was a clogged fuel injector. I purchased the fuel injector and ram a tank of gas through the vehicle. 2 weeks after my purchase I spoke to Sam again concerning the shudder was still there. He agreed to pay to have the transmission flushed. I had to pay for it being diagnosed, replacing fluids, and sales tax. It still had the shudder! It took 5 months and 4 different shops to finally get the diagnosis of new transmission needed. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty with that cost being $2,490. Through all of the diagnosing, fluids. And sales tax, I had to pay an additional $1,010.01 out of my pocket. So.much time, worries, anguish through all of this. They have a check list for vehicles up for sale, but pay attention! No where on the paperwork is there any documentation about transmission or motor. My car only had 53k miles on it!

The staff at Fast Lane autos was very friendly and helpful. We needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. After checking and comparing several places in town, fast lane autos offered the best deal for what we were looking for. We will definitely go here first when looking for another vehicle in the future.

Sam was the best to work with down there.. I could not have had the exp I did with out him...He was so very easy to talk to and so very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted... The whole expierence from the minute I walked in the door with them was just amazing... I def recommend them for your car buying needs there customer service the best...I would not have done it any different.....Thank you Sam and all the folks at FastLane in Kokomo for helping make it a good first time buying exp....You are the BEST!!!!!
