Made an appointment online a week in advance. Appointment was for 1:15. Showed up early and they said I'd be the next one on the rack. Said truck would be done around 2:30. Didn't hear from them so went back in at 2:30. Truck was still in the same spot, had not moved. They said I was the next one in line. Didn't get on the rack til 3! What's the point in making an appointment if they do not honor it. Guy behind the counter thought he was a comedian and came across very sarcastic. Will not be going back to this location in the future.

Going on my third hour waiting after I had a schedule appointment. They put me in as a walk-in after I told them I had an appointment 15 minutes after getting there. Kept getting text messages that I need to check in for my appointment. I called them after the 1st hour and told them I had an appointment 1 hour ago. They apologized and said I would go in next. 2 hours later they got my vehicle. 2 tires were totally flat to the ground and after telling them not to drive it into the bay with zero air in each tire, they did it anyway and said if they damage them they will replace them. No way for me to tell if there is any damage to the sidewalls that could have weakened the tire. It did leave 2 lines from each tire on the pavement going into the bay. Hope I don’t have any blow outs. Not a happy camper. I have been coming here and buying tires since the 1990’s no issues until this visit.

Going on my third hour waiting to get some new trailer tires installed. They were not that busy, and I called ahead for my appointment. The app they give you telling the status is worthless. They like to add on service extensions without telling you. That said , still the best option for tires in Kokomo.

Great place and decently fast cant balance a tire for nothing though. Gone back twice now amd they tell me its a four hour wait to get it done. Worthless. I need two damn tires balanced that they couldnt manage correctly the first time. And still cant get it done. Sad part is os the dealer i bought the truck from is just as stupid as this place.

No specificity when telling you how long it will be. I was told it would be about an hour. I understood that to mean that it take an hour to change the tires, not that it would be that long to get it inside. Happy with the tires, but not the sevice.

Tire stores should at least do alignments and check your suspension to help you get the most from your new tires

I love the people at this place. Anytime I have ever had an issue with my tires or anything they have went above and beyond to help me. Mr Buck was a life saver and I know I’d be stranded somewhere if not for his complete honesty. Thank you again guys!

I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 20 years. They always have taken good care of me whether they're mounting new tires on our daily drivers or mounting my racecar tires.

I went to Discount Tire today upon the recommendation of a family member. I was so pleased with the level of service I received. The young men who helped me were pleasant, courteous and informative. The service they provided was very quick and I was on the road again before I knew it. I will definitely use discount tire in the future!

This is usually my go to place and has been for years. I work a lot, and usually get one day off. Decided to call before I came into town to see how busy they were. Kid that answered the phone assured me they could get me right in. After sitting an hour and half I was told it would be another 6-8 car wait. Grabbed my keys and went to Tire Barn for service. Discount use to be my first, now they are my last.

I had a 4 o’clock appointment to get one tire fixed. I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. They never got my truck until 4:50 and I don’t leave the place until 5:25. what’s the sense of making an appointment if you can’t get the customer in at that time?

Went in today (4/11/23) and experienced horrible customer service. I didn’t catch the name of the sales rep but it was a heavy set guy with brown hair and a beard. Extremely rude and was audibly making fun and talking about customers with other employees in the shop area. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning.
