Made appointment, paid for tires on line, shipped to store, got in at appointment time, tires replaced and out the door in less than an hour, probably more like 45 minutes, all staff was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Went in yesterday for a tire change. I thought I scheduled an appt, but it was at the wrong location, so I had to go as a walk-in. I severely needed all new tires, but only had money to pay for the worst 2. Danny Blanco was amazing, incredibly friendly and understanding, and he was able to work with me, and ensure I left safetly with all 4 new tires. Only had a wait of about 1.5 maybe 2 hours, and now my car feels amazing to drive again. Very friendly staff, and I appreciate Danny's help very much!

I’m pretty disappointed. Discount tire used to brag about how they would even check the air in your spare. I had my spare on and got a new tire. They put my spare in a bag and threw it in the back!! I can understand if they was busy. But there was 1
Other person waiting and I know there was only one vehicle waiting to get pulled in. They used to have some standards. Now it’s all about money. In and out, in and out.

I used to always bring all my vehicles here. The last two times have been completely unorganized and as a patron, I felt the inconveniences I experienced were not met with genuine compassion. Rather, just an "It is what it is" mentality.
I came in about a month ago after paying for my tired and scheduling an appointment online. I arrived at the store 15 minutes early to check in and waited for 50 minutes only to be told there was an issue with my payment not going through even though the money was gone from my bank. I understand things happen, but I left feeling dissatisfied and lost all faith in the use of their app for any future transactions.
I came back today after giving them a couple weeks for the original ou4chase to return to my account. I chose to do a walk-in because of the poor experience I had previously. I was told it'd be about an hour, but 2 hours at most, as there were a few people ahead of me. I walked on foot to run errands for two hours and my vehicle was in the same spot with my old tires upon returning. When I asked about my positioning in line, I was told it would be about another hour before my car got in because there were 3 vehicles in front of me. This felt very ingenuin as the lobby had all new faces than those when I first dropped of my car.
I politely let them know if I could get in elsewhere, id like a refund me, as at this point I no longer want to support this establishment with my hard earned money. When I stepped outside to make a call to Belle Tire, they followed me out and said now there are two bays open and instantly got my car in.
Both times I felt the staff didn't act compassionate, and both times the manager was behind the counter witnessing all this happen and never took the time to establish a customer service repor by taking 5 minutes to apologize and make sure the customer knew they were genuinely sorry. I understand things happen and I'm willing to roll with it as neither of us need to headach of frustrations.
But it is a blatant lack of respect towards the matter when someone who has almost $1,000 tied up without being able to get new tires, or someone has to wait almost 4 hours when that's double the wait time projected, gets treated like a burden for wanting an explanation and it's followed up without an apology.
If you want to feel appreciated for your business and bringing your hard earned money to an establishment, then I'd personally strongly recommend you taking your business elsewhere.

Made appointment last friday for monday at 830am just to sit for 2 hrs. Looks
Like its just first come first serve no need for appointments. They broke my stud so have to take another morning off work to get that fixed.

I ordered my tires online and had them installed. Service was quick and friendly. I always love the tire warranty and it's saved me more than once.
