If you have a business it shouldn't be damn near impossible to reach a human when calling this business for questions you might have about the products they sell so for that reason they got one star because there is nothing else to base a rating on.

You will not find a better collection of Engineers at a single place in the entirety of Indiana. Delphi recently announced that it was separating its powertrain division, which will retain the Delphi name. The Infotainment part of the operation will now be known as Aptiv, which is actually the name of the parent company. Both groups are expected to remain in the same location for now.
A couple of notable things about this location and company are:
- As an international organization, there is a lot of diversity in terms of the staff and their original or current nationalities. There's no glass ceilings here, but there are a lot of glass doors and windows.
- They have an in-house "protolab" that has two independent SMT & TH production lines. Having these capabilities and expertise would make most contract manufacturers envious.
- They also have multiple, state of the art EMC/EMI and related validation capabilities onsite, with more EMC anachoeic test chambers than you are likely to find anywhere else in Indiana. Some of these chambers are large enough for full sized trucks.

I would give a 6-star. This is a great place to work. People are so good. They are friendly and helpful. Carm and quite place with fresh air to breath.

Delphi is the leading edge in automotive technology; software and hardware. In their Indiana facility, state of the art products are being engineered, designed, tested and manufactured. I visited this facility as a guest and was thoroughly impressed. Everyone was passionate about their work and believed in it. The facility is very nice and Delphi is a great contributor to the local, national and international economy.

Big facility with spacious parking lots. Great place to work as people here are very friendly. Facility has a good cafe with very reasonable prices.
