A true test of a business is service after the sale. I purchased LVT flooring from Degler in 2019. Recently I started having issues with the product and called Degler. Rob worked with me and the manufacturer on a warranty claim with success. It is wonderful to know that there are still businesses that care about their customers even years after the sale. I would 100% recommend Degler for your flooring needs

Rob, Angela, and Monica are all very helpful when I am in the store. They are very knowledgeable about their merchandise and ordering what you have chosen. They do their best to get your order delivered in good timing even in this world of delays and shortages we are seeing today! The merchandise they sell is good quality and their help that deliver to the jobs and do the work are polite and worked well together and with us.

Rob and Angela Little are the owners and are absolutely wonderful to work with. They have very patient with me as far as my timing on installing my entire house with vinyl and carpet flooring. It also took a longer then anticipated but they were very gracious to help me with all the moving of my furniture. My knee decided to go out on me and I’m also a widow. I highly recommend Rob and his team. He is very conscious, kind and proud of his work. He will do you right.I would also like to personally mention his team who go out of their way to please their customer as they are working on your home. And even do other things. They are Owen, Malachi, Zach and Doran. They are all very kind, care and take pride in their work. I loved meeting each and one of them. Excellent young men.

I’ve been to Degler Floor Coverings many times for flooring and they have always been amazing to work with. The store staff consistently go above and beyond to be helpful. We’re fortunate to have such a great flooring store in Kokomo.

Over 1 yr ago had carpet installed. This seam in the picture is more visible than in the picture. A seam was put in the middle of my living room and other rooms the seams are very visible . I was told to use a hammer and pound the seems to settle the seams.This did not work. One of the installers was wandering down our driveway taking pictures of a large oak tree one day. Very odd.Sorry I choose this company. Had used this company under original owner years ago work was excellent and no visible seams anywhere.Was why I chose it again. Should have kept my older carpet. Bad installation. Will not us again.
