The whole CVS company sucks. It gets one star. However, I think the employees at this location work hard and try to do their best to help the community. So, I'll give it 4 stars. Now, if your app shows that a successful prescription transfer worked, then, six hours later, I get an email that says there's a debacle and tells me to call the local pharmacy and provides the phone number and I call... don't tell me "you don't know nuthin" and to call the number on the email. That's your number! Then, don't blame it on another pharmacy that had absolutely nothing to do with the 100% all CVS app feature. It is your company that can't get it right! After deflecting all the blame, you could've tried asking what I needed to transfer while you had me on the phone. But instead, you wanted me off that phone immediately. I would hate to work for your company and get the customer flack from the app and website debacles. But, I would at least take the extra time and patience to help when though I'm tired of it all.

I understand that we are short on pharmacists, but for the pharmacist who work at CVS, please at least attempt to be helpful and polite. If you are that miserable, get out of retail.

They treat customers horribly and hang up on them and blame it on the phone system. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist have both tried to "pass the buck" of not getting medicines refilled properly and on time onto my son's Dr , the insurance company, and myself when they clearly made the mistakes and just didn't want to fix the problem until they were confronted about it then magically able to bypass it with one click of a button but just didn't feel like it basically. Don't go here if you have a choice, we don't unfortunately.

Picking up prescriptions and pandora was very rude. There is no reason to talk to people that way.

I went to CVS in Kokomo on west Sycamore and they gave me great service. They were kind and gave me excellent attention. My customer experience is always excellent at CVS.

Don’t buy Covid test at this CVS. The tubes with the fluid are almost empty. Not enough to test with . They will not refund your money for Covid test. Very rude people.

My sister who is a severe Diabetic had surgery today at Park View Hospital in Fort Wayne. She has had a rough year and has had two other surgeries this year. The surgeon at Parkview wanted us to call our CVS West Sycamore Pharmacy due to a nation wide shortage of her post surgery pain meds. I called and the Pharmacist was very rude, yelled at me when I couldn’t spit the dosage numbers out fast enough as the surgical recovery nurse gave me the information. He continued to speak fast and yell over me. I asked him to please slow down as he was intimidating me. He continued to yell at me and when I politely asked his name he slammed the phone down on me. I never found out if they had the medication or not. My sister’s Doctor ended up calling it in to Park View’s pharmacy. This evening I went to the pharmacy to speak with someone about the ridiculous customer service. The pharmacy tech told me I would need to speak with Nader (not sure if I spelled that correctly) who was the pharmacy manager. I recognized his voice instantly and said, “Oh, you are the man who yelled at me and hung up on me today”. I left the pharmacy promptly called the West Sycamore store manager who was at least concerned if we received the medication. I told him that was the least of our concerns, the customer service was beyond rude and absolutely unacceptable. He said he would address it with this employee. I also called the CVS complaint line and they documented my treatment and said it would be forwarded on to their district lead. If you have experienced this very rude pharmacist and have never spoken up I would suggest you do. My biggest concern is he will mistreat a very vulnerable population such as the elderly. I know customer service is hard and there is a shortage of employees but something needs to be done about this pharmacist.

Had to call in and the pharmacist was the absolute rudest person I have ever spoken with! Glad I don’t have to deal with this pharmacy on a regular basis.

Thank you for reminding me why I no longer use CVS. Y'all took my phone number in the verbal agreement you would text me when my script was ready. Two and a half hours later when I called you rudely told me it was ready. Being short staffed is NOT an excuse for negligence! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! MAY Y'ALL HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE!

Pharmacists are the worst, hung up on me because they're busy... Call back n they act like that don't know what I'm talking about... Many more issues... Don't feel like writing out every lil inconvenience but yeah worst ever imo.

Inefficient, slow service. I've had their automated message contact me that my script was ready and them have them call me to tell me they don't have it in the store WHILE I WAS IN LINE TO PICK IT UP. They don't maintain their supposed schedule and the pharmacy will sometimes randomly be closed. I would absolutely go literally anywhere else if this store wasn't 24 hrs and my insurance worked elsewhere.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

12/13/22- I have a maintenance medication that I need by 12/15/22. I ordered a refill on 12/7, and found that the med is on backorder. I phone the pharmacy on 12/12 and was promised by the pharmacist that he would either find the med or let me know status via my CVS online account. No response. So I called again today and another pharmacist told me it is still out of stock. He then told me that he had checked on his 'system' and found that there was none available. He then said that his system ONLY checked within a 20 mile radius!!!! That seems ridiculous in the 21st century with all of the data available via net and cloud. I told him "well, you have a phone". His reply was that he was too busy and I am only one customer out of many. Suggested that I was free to find the med on my own and then get back o him.So.... i will find the med, hopefully at Walgreen or Kroger so that I can kiss CVS goodbyeUPDATE- I called the Walgreens across the street from my CVS and the Pharmacy Tech took a nice long time to explain to me the current shortage of my med, and that she had already done a wide-range search for other customers. She was apologetic that she couldn't help me. Quite a difference

One of the pharmacist I spoke to on the phone was absolutely rude as can be! I just needed to refill a prescription and I told him that and he just said ok like he didn’t care and nothing else so I was waiting on him to ask for the name or RX number and he just out of nowhere was like I’m going to need more info than that and I’m like well I was waiting for you to ask me what you needed. Sounded like a very miserable person. I also went one day and waited in line for a half hour to get my daughter’s meds and was told that her insurance didn’t have her birth date correct which I never had issues before so I had to pull over and call her insurance but ended up getting my hood RX out and went back in the drive thru to wait another half hour and was told that I’d have to come in and use the coupon because they can’t at the drive thru. I had to drag my sick toddler and newborn all the way inside to wait longer. I was absolutely done with this place and on top of that my toddler had to use the bathroom and had no public restroom. This place can’t be anymore of a joke. Also, I had issues getting my medication because they want to play the insurance game saying they need to verify my medication when they already have before. They never have your prescription ready on time, and you can’t check when it will be ready or how much it’ll be without having to call them and be put on hold forever. I ended up switching to Meijer Pharmacy and they have made my life so much easier and automatically send me messages when my prescription is ready and the cost and automatically apply my good RX coupon. This place is an absolute disgrace!
