I was harassed and accused of trying to steal. Clearly she Discriminated against me because of how I look. I have dreads and have a little bit rough demeanor.

The lady up front with the noise ring and eat up face was disgusting and rude! She was rude to a gentleman that also came into the store and he had came and asked me for help because they wouldn’t help him. When I got up to the checkout they were already shutting their registers, and it was only 735 they close at nine she took my stuff from me and went to the start self checking, which I did not know there was a self check out. I am new to the area And she wouldn’t get my products back. I told her I got it and she was very snooty and disgusting about it. She was not nice at all. I want the company to look at the cameras!

It is sad that everywhere you go you are greeted with. Just wanted to let you know we close in a couple of minutes. That’s the first thing you hear out of the employees at a many many businesses and it’s very rude. I won’t be shopping at CVS anymore. I’ll get things online if I need them.

My dentist called in 2 prescriptions and when I arrived I was told it wasn’t ready yet give them 15-20 minutes, I waited in the parking lot for 23 minutes then went back through the line only to be told “we need 20 minutes”. With how many pharmacy options out there I’m definitely marking this one off my list, I’ll dive a little further to not deal with this place

You need to work on Integrities,Honesty, and Reputations of your stores across boards. Larger numbers of your staffs are fraudulently ripping us of our fortunes. Most Gift cards bought in your store are either LOCKED or USED.

This place has HUGE issues, starting with the careless or ambivalent pharmacists and support staff. When I arrived for a standard Flu vaccination, I was told to have a seat and wait. I saw three chairs crammed in the five-foot waiting area, right next to a sign that reminded everyone to stay six feet apart. "This won't be easy," I thought, eyeballing the middle chair occupied by a maskless man complaining of COVID-19 symptoms and coughing--I kid you not! Pharmacist Jill (the one with medical training...) couldn't care less about the unsafe environment inside her own workplace and told me just that. Before I got out of that hell hole, two more symptomatic maskless morons came up to the counter, each asking for COVID tests and each announcing their symptoms. CVS #02941 on Markland in Kokomo, IN should be closed down by the health department for this BS alone.
