Had issues with my phones. Our local store said we couldn't get what I wanted done. I went to another town and they said there isn't a problem with what I wanted. Kokomo, Indiana is the greatest customer service ever. Kudos to your staff. Thanks

My experience with cricket and the staff was excellent yes I had to wait but it was worth it I had a grand time and also my mother had gotten a phone there after me and hers was excellent too. Thank you thank your staff and wish to continue the service with you for a while to come.

Mgr lady in the Kokomo Indiana store was extremely rude on the phone. I almost didn't go with Cricket because of her. Sales guy Paul just cut me off in the middle of a question. Still thinking of dropping them.
