My first visit in my new car, my back wiper arm was broken. An employee immediately contacted management, who made a report and I was contacted approximately 2 weeks later to get the wiper arm fixed. I appreciate the expedient and professional actions of the staff ensuring I was taken care of on that day and beyond.

Workers were pleasant. The car wash and vacuum were not. Had to go thru 2 times and still had dirt on car and the end to the vacuum fell off?♀️. They need to mop the front like they used to because the little bit of prewash spray is a joke.

Honestly, this place does not do a good job of washing your car,but it does offer a package of unlimited washes. Which may be of use so you can go in about 3-4 times to get everything off. Also, their chain mechanism is kind of rough on your vehicle.

(One star) Was happy when we used it, but had to cancel because we moved out of state. They have continued to charge us—three months after leaving and going through the cancellation policy twice!!!
Changed to 4 stars, from one, because I called. They were apologetic and pleasant and hopefully took care of the problem. Can’t give a 5 star just becuz there shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with.
FYI—if you need to cancel, just call them, as it goes much easier and faster.
