I signed up for the 360 about a month ago. I love it..... I just wish crew had a cleaning center, like there competitor does in Kokomo Indiana. I would pay a little more a month for that service.

My first visit in my new car, my back wiper arm was broken. An employee immediately contacted management, who made a report and I was contacted approximately 2 weeks later to get the wiper arm fixed. I appreciate the expedient and professional actions of the staff ensuring I was taken care of on that day and beyond.
