“I just have to say that they have excellent customer service. I had went there to do a shared branch withdrawal from my Via credit union account, but a code popped up that told them not to honor it. They held onto my stuff and waited while I ran outside and called Via, they helped me while I was inside talking to them and Via at the same time, and even just used my phone and talked to Via themselves. The whole thing took like 30 minutes and they were very patient and polite the whole time. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to switch banks. Again thank you for all your help!!”
