I honestly expected more from Marriott. And those in charge should think about the elderly and handicapped/ADA more judiciously. Being a first-time customer, I’m not sure I would stay at a Marriott again. I needed a handicap room for my terminally ill parent with poor mobility, and the bathroom has a tub! Seriously, I cannot remember the last place I stayed at that had a tub. I didn’t even think to ask. Especially not in a handicap room. And the room is on the second floor far from an exterior door. They say they are remodeling, but this puts my elderly parent in danger now. I can’t get a refund guaranteed and go next door because we went into the room, which is when we discovered the tub. The rooms with walk-in showers only have one bed. Not two. As much as the staff tried to help, the facility is just not that great. Our room has peeling wallpaper too. Just hasn’t made me think that Marriott’s are all that great. Wish I’d looked around. And the whole place has one shower chair and no anti-slip surface in the tub. So disappointed. Wish we were next door at the La Quinta for our stay. I’ll definitely look elsewhere before booking a Marriott.

Will NEVER stay here again by choice. They overcharged our card by $40 then took a week for a manager to finally call back and offer to give $20 of it back.... NO I WANT THE FULL $40 BACK!! like, are you kidding me? We've stayed there many times when my husband has been on orders. So we decided to stay there for pleasure this time while Christmas shopping in the area for our kids. When I booked on their actual website (not through a 3rd party) we selected a military discounted rate. I double checked to make sure it was the rate for leisure, not government per diem (soldiers on orders). When we checked in all they did was ask for military ID and said we're all set. We check out and they still don't say anything about a rate change. It wasn't until 3 hours later I recieve an emailed copy of our bill... behold was the $40 increase. I immediately called and the lady at the desk was new and said she'd have her manager call back. Finally a week later a manager calls and tries to tell me I selected the wrong rate online. I told her no, I checked it twice before booking AND I have a confirmation email stating my online selection AND no one ever said anything at check in or check out about an adjusted rate vs what I booked online... NO ONE!! Apparently none of that matters because still all she offered was $20 back... so we still overpaid for the room that quite honestly isn't worth the high rate to begin with. We are very frustrated and disappointed that they would treat a military family this way, especially on Veterans Day weekend. Overall, just beware of overcharges by this hotel.

Had a good time. The only thing that could change is there's no complementary breakfast. 2 coffee's 2 French toast over 30 dollars. That was a 1 time deal. I wouldn't recommend eating there. Surprised they didnt charge for coffee for the rooms. Used to be a lot better years back. Buffet style breakfast. I guess them days are gone.

This is a Days Inn with Marriott signage. A below average property. $129 a night should buy daily housekeeping, not every other day. I can't remember the last time I was not greeted or thanked at a Marriott property. Marriott, you can do better.Food & drinks: Frozen pizza for sale in the lobby.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and a few weeks previous we stayed at the Best Western. I expected the Courtyard to be a lot nicer…. The A/C in our room could barely keep up. Rooms are very basic. There is NO complimentary breakfast. Save your money. I personally would go back to the Best Western Every time over the Courtyard.

Best part is balcony.Breakfast is not included and only made to order. Definitely not a quick drop-by before running out in the morning.Coffee and tea pots are thermos like and not always hot.Bar is open late but limited selection and limited skills for a good cocktail.

Someof the employees that work sneak company into rooms or areas not available to unpaid guests on the clock and also give free rooms away cause as to a maintenance issue so particular rooms cannot be rented for that time period for there own persona use

Our phone charger has been stolen twice when we've stayed in their rooms. Very disappointing. Expensive chargers too and it's happened each time we've stayed

Perfectly nice stay during a road trip. worth rating 5 stars for service because I accidentally left my wallet in the room and they contacted me! After I arranged a mailing label, they immediately returned it. I am grateful for their level of customer service.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were comfy for an older Courtyard Marriott. The receptionist was 'meh' as if I had interrupted her doing something when checking in. They were out of extra toothbrushes. Other than that, I enjoy using Marriott as my choice hotel.

Average Courtyard. Nice meeting room where we had a family gathering. Rooms need updating. Small restaurant onsite. Breakfast is not included with the room. Only one off-site restaurant within walking distance.

Not sure if it's simply the area or poor management but this should not be a bonVoy hotel. The rooms were dirty, the staff (Amy) was rude and actually lied to me stating "so sorry about the birds nest and birds on your balcony but we are fully booked and have no room to move you to". It's funny because after calling corporate I was moved into a different room 15 min later. The Starbucks on property stated it was open 24hrs , however, there is no barista. The night desk clerk did not know what a Dirty Chai Latte was, let alone how to make one. However, I gave one service star simply for her attempt and great attitude. The fact that there was a crackle barrel directly across the parking lot made using the "Starbucks " in the morning unnecessary, thank goodness. Don't waste your money this is NOT a three star hotel.
