So frustrated with this CVS. My wife's doctor sent a prescription to this location and for several days, we've been dealing with them acting like they heard nothing about it and her doctor sending the info over, and today when I called, I had to deal with the rudest pharmacist I've dealt with. Very frustrating

This place has the absolute worst customer service. They are so demeaning in the way they speak to you even if you are friendly to them. Shame on you. I have never walked in and met someone with an even cordial attitude. Looking to switch pharmacies simply because they can ALWAYS put me in a bad mood after seeing/speaking to them

The pharmacy at this CVS is completely rude and unacceptable. Meds for my dad who just had 2 stents put in were called in and promised by Friday afternoon. Dr told us we could wait until Saturday because dad was going to stay at my house in Indy the night he was released from hospital. I went to this CVS pharmacy Saturday afternoon, 25 hours AFTER his scripts were to have been ready and was told they were yet to be filled. Seriously? I asked how much longer and was told she would expedite them and to come back in a couple hours. No apologies on their part. Just the excuse that they were a COUPLE DAYS behind due to new system. I returned a couple hours later and was able to pick them up. Waiting to speak with the unhelpful pharmacist that I had to initiate speaking with, a customer behind me was snapped at by a CVS rep in blue scrubs behind the counter. Yes, snapped at. He asked when his meds would be ready and she snapped back that she was the only one in her role and that she was doing the best she can. This has got to be one of the worse CVS's I've ever been in. This one in Kokomo on Sycamore Street is completely unacceptable.

This CVS location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I've been using this location for over a year, not once have I been greeted with a smile, a good morning or a good afternoon by any individual working in the pharmacy department. They appear to be too concerned with speaking with each other rather than waiting on their customers. Don't be in a hurry when coming to this location, expect to spend an average of 40 minutes waiting in line to get your prescription from the drive-thru. Going inside it's much faster. Somewhere along the line those in the service industry have forgotten how to smile and be polite and it's never more evident than the CVS on Dixon road.
