So frustrated with this CVS. My wife's doctor sent a prescription to this location and for several days, we've been dealing with them acting like they heard nothing about it and her doctor sending the info over, and today when I called, I had to deal with the rudest pharmacist I've dealt with. Very frustrating

This place has the absolute worst customer service. They are so demeaning in the way they speak to you even if you are friendly to them. Shame on you. I have never walked in and met someone with an even cordial attitude. Looking to switch pharmacies simply because they can ALWAYS put me in a bad mood after seeing/speaking... read full comment
