Amanda is great but the African American girl who just hung up on me and was very rude and told me to go to cricket wasn’t. She didn’t even let me finish my question before she hung up on me she should NOT be in customer service and no it wasn’t Z either. Amanda is the glue in that store the best but this girl today can drive customers away.

Vthey were nice as can be til they got my money came back with an issue and now im very dissatisfied young lady in there was very disrespectful had boyfriend in there with pants hanging down past his rear end kept interrupting me tried try to charge me for something that is supposed to Free from Gov now I'm stuck without a phone or eligibility they got me revoked from Afgordable Conectivity Program beware of this store I'm gonna find a different store

This may not be totally fair because it involves factors possibly outside local control. Switching from Verizon, I went to Metro by T Mobile and they said I could keep my existing number, but not my phone. Went next door to Boost Mobile and they said I could keep my phone, but not my number. Maybe it was the other way around. I don't remember. Who Cares!? Sounds like both are more interested in getting your money than your business - as those are not the same thing. BTW, at T Mobile, I just kept both.

So, we stood outside at 10a. Which is the time they open. Stood there for almost 10 minutes. Called the other store in town he said they never come to work on time!? So we left. Nobody showed as we were pulling out!! Like what kind of business are you running?

This store is always closed. I waited in the parking lot with several other customers and they have probably been there 15-20 minutes and still no sign of life in the store. Open sign was on but door was locked. Highly recommend going to Maplecrest. The best hands down. Always open and friendly!

Boost mobile on 31 is a joke the people that work there shouldn't work there...... Maplecrest boost is the best one hands down
