My wife and I moved here 15 years ago. We found Billy's shop, and been going to him ever since. They have always been good and reliable to us. They have always taken care of us and got our vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Definitely our guy. Highly recommend them

Spent a good amount of money at this shop to have things repaired. Unfortunately things were not done up to my standards or the owners. Billy reached out to me personally and made sure I was taken care of correctly. Definitely will give this shop another go if I ever need work done again. As a customer service stand point, absolutely one of the best places in Kokomo for that. Thanks again Billy

Probably one of the most expensive places ever been to. Dam near more than going to the dealership themselves. Have a 2017 travers premier. Tried charging us 800 for a ac suction line replacement. Said it was a 3.5 hr job. Very funny i replaced the part in 45 min. Weird how places like this overcharge for work to be done...

I have taken my car to Billy’s twice and they have done a quick and efficient job both times. The second time I had a quote done elsewhere before them and the other place told me 50 things that were wrong and it was going to be over $4000 to fix my car, take it to Billy’s and it was less than $1000 and my car feels brand new! They are always accommodating of my schedule and reasonable with pricing. I will never take my car anywhere else!

The downside: they’re usually booked up and there may be a wait to get your repair scheduled. The upside: the reasons they are so busy is that they are honest, dependable, do good work for a fair price, and have a nice clean shop. My wife and I don’t like having any car payments, so we usually have older vehicles that occasionally need repairs. I trust the people at Billy’s Auto to keep us on the road

This business receives very high public recognition. Staff is friendly and efficient. Business does do excellent service. But getting on the schedule for service frequently seems rather extended - seems like a kind of a long waiting list. Business does most types of automotive repairs. Prices are very fair, reasonable. The business is advertised as having an excellent repair service warranty (which fortunately I have never needed activate). Staff is very congenial and efficient. Once I encountered an individual in management that was kind of difficult towards me. But I just accessed it as him having a bad day. Not really that big of negative but I was left annoyed. Otherwise, there is NO BETTER auto repair service in Kokomo.

Use this shop on my vehicles for over a decade have been pleased and felt the service was timely and fair priced the shop is extremely clean and organized they have a nice waiting area they also have a wide service ability from alignments to oil changes to more in-depth motor work all of these have been items they have done for me personally and I am well pleased with their service

I had an electrical problem on my Chrysler 200 that appeared to be a weak alternator. They could have charged me almost $600 to replace it, but the first time they looked for the issue, they found corrosion on the electrical connector into the alternator; cleaned it off and the car worked fine for a few days. Parts & Labor about $150. But the problem reappeared, and I took it back, expecting to be charged for the alternator replacement this time. They just called, having found more corrosion near the battery connection. They cleaned that up, re-tested everything (twice), and told me to come get it. NO extra CHARGE!! They could have hit me for at least $600, but their INTEGRITY won out!! GOD BLESS BILLY'S Auto Repair!! HONEST MECHANICS!! Praise the Lord!
