Probably the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. They list items in stock that are not. The place is generally unkept and needs cleaning. And the employees will just talk to each other near the front rather than helping customers. And when you do ask them anything you’ll get to wait another 15 minutes for them to get an answer then another 30 for them to get the product.

Went in after Christmas to take advantage of the after Christmas sales on televisions. I had a question for the sales associate but I never did get a chance to ask it because he was too busy chitchatting with someone about nothing whatsoever to do with electronics for about 15 minutes so I eventually pulled the television I wanted off the top rack and then proceeded to push it across the floor towards the register when another associate noticed me and came to my rescue (big television... "mature" woman). Once assisted by the second associate everything went great. He even loaded it in my car. For all I know the other guy is still yammering away.

I'll never shop there ever again , I went to buy a 800 watt amp and a 400 watt sub and got a 400 watt 4 channel amp and the manager wouldn't do anything about it , all he could say is I'll have to buy another amp

Took my computer in after spending 2 hrs with tech support on the phone. Once there the store was terribly cold inside and my computer would not do what it had been doing. Wasted a trip , but the gentleman who looked at tried for a good 20 minutes to no avail. Doggone computer [lol].

Went in for a case swap. Case was incompatible, fine told them ro switch it back. Said one person called off and they came in at 1pm, left at 7pm. They said they were back log, back for five hours? Okay, couple questions, first if it's other poeple why was I shoved aside? What do you mean back logged? Needed my PC for work, they could not promise me anything. Recommend mother board had incompatibility issues with the bios. They Recommend me a problem magic part. The issue I have here if you were so back log and were not able to for fill the order, why did you not communicate that with your client? Such incompetence, I will not be dealing with geek squad anymore. Lastly they gave me my PC and spare case back and were rude about it.PCpartpicker is a wonderful site and I recommend anyone dealing with these people to double check them.

NEGATIVE ONE STAR! NEVER BUY ANYTHING from "Best Buy"! They have a commission-based attitude. You should be ashamed of yourself and your business! Your store represents "Worst Buy"

Only reason I ever come to the store is for the Blu-rays and DVDs, so I cannot believe you guys are getting rid of all that stuff. Well it was fun while it lasted i guess, but I will never step foot in a Best Buy again!!!

Worst Buy is terrible. They charge you a $45 restocking fee if you return a phone that you can get for $200 CHEAPER online. The staff is unhelpful. The teenagers that work there are too busy flirting with each other to help customers. Will avoid this place from now on. I'm dancing a jig on the day the last Best Buy store finally shuts down.
