I came in with a Galaxy 6 watch that would no longer charge. Because we ha e Total Tech, I walked out of the store with a new watch exactly like the one I had. It was quick and the Geek Squad were polite, friendly, and efficient.

Very friendly staff! I went in 15mins before closing time and told them Id be quick and just needed some attachment for my son's xbox. One of the guys knew exactly where it was(which is nice, bc it's awkward to help a store associate, help you...when they were the one that asked "can I help you find something?"), when I got to the registers 2 other customers appeared to pay, and 2 more employees hopped on registers and were also super nice..none of them acting annoyed or rude that there were people in the store at close. They all jumped in and helped us and their coworkers. It was so refreshing and appreciated.
