I am VERY happy with my decision to switch to fiber with BerryComm. They were able to get me installed and running very quickly from the time I called to inquire about services, and it has been flawless since. Everyone from sales to the technician that came to site were all friendly and courteous. They are HIGHLY recommended.

BerryComm stepped up to the plate when I was disappointed with our internet service. Within days a technician was at my house and had my new fiber internet up and operational in just a few hours. The tech was friendly and helpful. Its all about customer service and BerryComm does an outstanding job!

I received a letter stating that I was chosen to receive 3 months of internet service with no strings attached. I kept my cheaper internet service at the same time to see if I could tell a difference in the speed. Berry installed the service on 4/27/23. I couldn’t really tell a difference in the service so I decided to cancel it. My 3 months would have ended on 7/27/23. I received a bill stating that I was still under the promotion for the service period 8/27-9/27/23 and owed nothing. I called them in July or August to ask them to pick up their equipment. On that phone call I was told that I was not allowed to cancel or I would have to pay a large sum of money. I reminded them of the letter that they sent that said there were no strings attached right in the body of their letter. Kelsie told me to send her a copy of that letter because she didn’t believe that was the case. I sent a copy of the letter and did not hear back from them until I received a bill a couple weeks later stating that I didn’t cancel soon enough and I needed to pay 2 months of service. I said I called several times and they claimed to have no record of the calls. I said why did I receive this invoice stating the promotional period was through 9/27/23. She stated that there was a billing error and I needed to pay this money or they were going to charge me over $2000. I said I’m not paying anything and they said they were turning over to collections. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn’t trust this company at all!

This is a five star company. Just a precursor, I’m a very picky and pain in the a$$ customer.When I first called to see if I could get Fiber internet service at my residence, they were very informative and courteous. I had many questions and they were able to answer all of them without the “let me ask the manager” routine.When the technician finally arrived to do the install he was a few hours behind. Instead of trying to reschedule he apologized and immediately got to work, even though it was a much larger job than most installs.When I returned home that evening I didn’t expect to see Berrycomms vehicles still in my driveway. Apparently there were some technical difficulties so another crew was deployed to my install to correct the issues. Linsey informed me about the “situation” and she made sure that things would be resolved ASAP.Within 24hrs of the technician arriving for install I had Fiber internet service. True Gig speed!!What really stands out is that Berrycomm went above and beyond to install my new service as quickly as possible regardless of how many technicians it took!In conclusion, I am very happy with their dedication to customer service. Every single employee was courteous and helpful. I will recommend Berrycomm to anyone that I can.

Linsey was great. Very helpful, and very nice and respectful. There was a problem starting out. But she stuck it out and got it up and running great. What an AMAZING experience it has been working with the people. from BerryComm. They are a Top Notch operation. After a very frustrating life of navigating internet quality, availability, and of course price from the big providers ( you know who I'm talking about) I have finally found peace..... I am one who always is willing to pay for better quality and exceptional service. The speed on the BerryComm is unlike what I have ever had in my home. After a year of service I decided to write a review. I have over 30 devices active on my network at one time and this review is from someone who has a decent amount of tech knowledge. Reliability - I have experienced three downtimes in one year for a maximum of 15 minutes each. Speed - The package I pay for is the 1gb plan currently on promo for 99/month. My speeds tested at the modem constantly averaged 970mbps download speed and averaged the same for upload. Ping time - consistently sub 5ms. Customer service - local people who answer the phone and top notch. Seriously they are.

We are so glad to finally have a real option for internet service in our area, we have been so limited until now. The speeds are significantly better than we’ve ever been able to get. Their service was great and incredibly responsive, they got us hooked up right away after we signed up and expedited some parts of installation to work around our vacation. So far we couldn’t be happier!
