I recently visited Belle Tires, Kokomo and had an exceptional experience! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making the process seamless.
I'm surprised by some negative reviews, but my experience was top-notch. Highly recommend Belle Tires for new tires. Their exceptional service and expertise have earned a loyal customer!

Davares, the Kokomo Belle Tire staff, and the technicians were friendly and hardworking. My front passenger tire had a split sidewall. ? Davares helped me over the phone to plan an appointment and order my new set of tires that arrived the same day! ? I really appreciate the knowledge, training, and professional customer care shown to me. It's no wonder the Kokomo Belle Tire Store is busy, busy. Grat work, gentlemen! Thank you so much!???

I was just there with my daughter and Travis showed me my tires and he managed to make sure I was safe driving and worked on doing all 4 tires in my budget! I will continue going there!

Came in for a low pressure tried to upsell me on four brand new tires, they didn't seem to happy when I stated I didn't need them. Was told had cracks also treadson one tire again know about it and so does my ddealership. I was told two rear tires have major issues and need to be replaced they wanted to upsale me 4 new tures?????? Called my Dealership stated everything was fine. Checked in with them said was good I didn't buy the upsale. I'm trading my car in soon so to me it doesn't matter but for others use caution they will upsale anything. Friendly but Shady would be the title of this review

I had tires put on my car about 6 months ago and the left front tire developed a slow leak. We are snowbirds and where in Florida for those 6 months.
I called the Belle tire they said come on down will have you right in. I was there in less than 20 minutes. It took 2 hours to get me right in! Then the guy said I had a cracked and leaking valve stem. He said it was all one unit as part of the tire pressure management system, said it would cost $80 to replace. At first I said okay then I went online and saw that I could buy four brand new TPMS valve stem sensors for $80 online, so I told him to forget it. I said I would buy the valve stem sensors and bring them back to have them installed. He said he couldn't install anybody else's TPMS sensors he had to install theirs which cost 80 bucks a piece. So I said forget it and I said I want to leave. I got back into my car and left. that was 2 weeks ago.I found an old Schrader valve on the floorboard of my car. The Schrader valve is a little valve that lets the air in the valve stem and keeps it there. So apparently they replaced the Schrader valve and found that was a problem but we're going to charge me $80 for a whole new TPMS sensor. You can buy 104 Schrader valves for $10 which puts them at about 10 cents a piece. So $80 for a 10¢ Schrader valve. My tire has not lost any pressure for the last 2 weeks!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Once again, another Belle Tire visit, another great customer service experience! This time Austin helped me with centering my steering wheel perfectly. This took several attempts because of my OCD to center my steering wheel stripe and I greatly appreciated his patience working with me to get it right. Best tire and service place in Kokomo!
08-23-24 - JT and Travis were both tremendously helpful and professional in ordering and scheduling a new tire for me. Both provided exceptional customer service and showed a sincere willingness to help; I didn't feel like they were just going through the motions.
And as I sat waiting for my new tire to be installed, I watched JT and Travis greet each customer cheerfully as they walked in the door and show a genuine willingness to help. This happened with each and every customer. It is great to see this kind of customer service and is exactly what is needed to keep customers coming back.

Went in for alignment, said there was something wrong with it and couldn't touch it. Got a 2nd opinion. Turns out nothing was wrong and lwas lied to. Wasted more of my time and money.

Just lost anymore of my business.
I bought a full set of BF Goodrich tires barely a year ago, don't have 5k miles on them, my wife and son had a almost flat today so my son put air in it and they went to Bell. They told my son the he would have to take the tire off himself and bring it back before they would fix it.
Seriously?? That's just plain laziness. Doesn't take 3 minutes to jack it up and take it off.
So now, after working 14 hours in this almost 90 degree heat, hour drive home, we have to postpone my father's day outing so I can pull it apart and fix it myself.
Good freaking job Bell Tire. It's OK, I got it, wouldn't want you guys to overexert yourselves.

Since the employees here like to park in the Meijer parking lot instead of Belle Tire's own lot. It would be great if the big trucks did not park at the end making it incredibly difficult to negotiate the turn in either direction. The vehicle blocks any means to safely look for any oncoming traffic and it's an employee for your business.

Nice facility & friendly staff. Got the exact tires I wanted quickly. Observed the "upselling" to other customers, and I quietly made a game out of it to see what they'd try to upsell me. I realize it's a business and that's how they bring in more revenue, but I would have been perfectly fine without that part.
