I took my new kitten here several weeks ago as his eyes were leaking and I adopted him from the shelter so he could be looked at. The vet looked at him for maybe 2 minutes and sent me out the door with some oral antibiotics and a bill. Well here we are several weeks later and he seems to be having trouble breathing after a few minutes of play. I'll be taking him to another vet.

Wasnt bad priced treated my animals like a king he was so happy wasnt scared if my babys need help again i will be going here they took everything so serious answered all the questions listened explained everything like i wanted for my boy so many differnt things to get my baby better from his skin to his coughing and allergies i love this vet so much

They have a great crew in the office there and have now fixed both my dogs. I literally don't have a single complaint!! I left feeling like they were in great hands!!!!!Really appreciate all the time,care,patience, and love you've shown me and them ?

The staff went above and beyond for my rottweiler. They took ever step that they could. In the end she had cancer and the staff was the most supportive. Help in anyway they could. Thank you all!

3rd vet I've been to. Gave my dog medicine that didn't help her and told me she was healthy when she's been in pain and crying every night and bleeding all over the house. Refused to euthenize her to stop her pain and just wanted me to pay more money in care that won't help her.Suggested I drop her off at humane society instead.I will not recommend them.

I highly recommend that you take your fur baby to another vet. This vet killed my 11yr old Bunny they squeezed her to hard when they were clipping her nails to point where she fell dead in my arms. I took her there to get a lump checked on her belly and I was gonna go home and give her medicine that they were going to give me and before we left we wonerd if they could clip her nails and they didn't even ask us if we wanted to come back they actually closed the door and the girl came up holding her head really tight and I thought that was strange and when she handed her to me she fell dead in my arms and they lied about everything and I was so heartbroken.W couldn't prove that they did anything because they didn't have cameras back there and they didn't let us back there with my bunny to get her nails clipped.

I had a bad experience with another vet in town, and I reached out to Animal Wellness Center. At first, I went there for grooming. Then, I set an appointment to see the Doc. What they gave me was information and a natural remedy that’s working! I’m so happy to find these people!!! Thank you for everything!!! I highly recommend this clinic!!!

Have been taking my pets here for six years. Dr. Todd is professional and friendly and the staff goes out of their way to make sure a pet in need is taken care of.The fact that they practice homeopathic medicine is a plus.I must have 40 bottles to be used for specific ailments.

I do not recommend this place. While the vet has an awesome view on holistic health for dogs, his staff are not in the same boat and miscommunicate often about his views and about charges. We traveled 2 hours for this visit and the vet didn't even give her an exam. Didn't listen to her heart, didn't check in her ears or paws or anus. Just checked her ribs and verified we were feeding the appropriate amount of food. That's it. He graciously answered many of our questions but instead of excusing himself to move on to his next patient after our scheduled time was up he instead kept us longer and we had no knowledge of it as there was clock in the room. So we were billed for more than what was scheduled. That was unfair to us. We also were billed more for a nosode than what his assistant told me the charge would be. Because we paid cash for it, they were not willing to reimburse us the difference after we had already come home. He told us that he would get back to us on the other questions he didn't have time to answer but we never heard back from him. After a week I contacted the office and spoke with Emily who said she'd find out when he was going to respond and would call me back the same day. I never heard back from her and after expressing our disappointment with the visit the staff have now blocked all communication with me and the doctor won't respond to my texts. Very unprofessional of a business to act in this manner. We now regret the time and money that was spent for a visit we got very little from.
