I just had the head gaskets replaced on my minivan. It's a significant repair and several shops wouldn't even quote it. Ace was quick to quote and very upfront with me. The final price was right in line with what they quoted. They did a great job.

"We know your time is money. Most truck or car maintenance services can be completed while you wait". This statement came directly from their website with a nice picture of the man who was unprovokedly rude and dismissive to me. I had a flat. All I asked was a quick look at it to see if it could be repaired. Guess that wasn't going to make him money that day. He said he was pretty full, but seriously, how much effort would it have taken to look at it? Then, I would have waited or gone back to a nearby house or came back the next day. He didn't even try. I said my tire was at Zero PSI the night before. Obviously, they are not concerned about people and safety. It was the closest place, so that is where I carefully drove my car. I bet if it were his teenage daughter or wife or mother, he would have considered safety first and made an effort. It is just disgusting how people think it is ok to treat customers like a dime a dozen. Like I said, I would have waited or even gone back the next day had he been more of a human.

They tried to over charge for a job that wasn’t worth what they were asking once I called and asked the hourly rate, I was told 90 just to find out they definitely tried to take advantage thinking I wasn’t able to attain the knowledge of what the actual price should be. I very much dislike ingenious and deceptive people I will never advise anyone go to them that isn’t knowledgeable to a degree in automotive and neighboring prices because they will definitely get over on you if you let them. Very poor customer service and values.
