Took my dog to get hair shaved down, totally blotted!! Big strands of hair not touched! He almost looked like he had stripes of long and short hair, will never go back!

First time my husband and I took our 8 month old German Shepard to get her first grooming. Upon picking her up the groomer or owner/whoever informs my husband how horrible she was. Accessing her of destroying two cages and ripping a dryer off the wall. Then proceeded to ask my Husband if we had kids he told the man yes we have 3 and the man told him to keep an eye on her around them and then informs my husband that his daughter works for Kokomo dispatch and he would hate to see something happen with our children. And continues on asking if he has a loaded gun in our home. Insinuating that we’d need to shoot our dog. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We will NOT be returning and we will be letting EVERYONE know about the service our fur baby received.

My big, 7 year old German Shepard mix hates his nails being done and his feet being touched. The people there were very patient with him and got the job done while making him as comfortable as possible. They took care of his fly-aways and his Grinch feet. Hi nails look amazing. And he smells GREAT!The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I picked him up, I could tell he was comfortable there (other places he’s running to the door as soon as he sees me) My new groomer!
