We had an appointment today to get our passports. We were early so we sat and listened as Stacy at the desk worked through the line. The last older lady gave her a card to send without an address. Stacy questioned her and it was out of State. She looked up the address and the lady wrote it down. I think this was normal transaction. The older lady thanked her and walked out. I was shocked with this kind of service. Stacy talked us through the passport process because we’ve never had one before. You have a Jem in that one!

The post office is great, they are always friendly and helpful. The mail lady, on the other hand, is absolutely the worst mail person i have ever had delivering my mail, ever!

It’s 2021. You should be able to print labels. If not, at least let me print a basic copy so I can tape it to the package and send it where I need it. If the library is closed you should be able to print a piece of paper here.

Always greeted with a smile, always helpful and knowledgeable on the different ways to ship packages, kids love the s***** mail box, and I am always asked if I need help with anything else before transaction is complete.
