LIFESAVERS!! This morning, Drove into town to get morning coffee in my dad’s car for us and his tire popped… Pulled into the marathon in Knox, The kind woman working seen my distress and my two-year-old in car, She called Patrick’s auto and the nicest woman came to the rescue with the tools, in order to put the donut on. So grateful theres still compassionate people out there, willing to help someone in need without hesitation!!! ?

These are the nicest people you will ever meet! Let me say I've never had work done here. However, I had a strange thing happen January 10. I am a permanent wheelchair user who drives a BraunAbility van that was converted for disability use. It has a minivan with a ramp that deploys from the passenger side. I was driving north on 35 when a piece of the cover molding blew off my van just south of this business. Being in a wheelchair, I couldn't locate the missing piece. I stopped in their parking lot and asked for help. Three of the women who work here worked to locate the missing molding for me. They did not have to do this, but they did. Any people who care enough to help someone they don't know find a needle in a haystack have to be great people. So friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, I can't say enough. Thank you to all three of you wonderful ladies for your help in my time of need. This means so much to me in a time I've been wondering if the world cares. Maybe the world doesn't care but these wonderful ladies restored my faith that some people do care. Thank you again..

They repoed my car after 1 late payment. The car had a terrible smell from the beginning they told me was from the previous owners service animal then 8 months later they found dead mice in there while supposedly fixing the wiring they messed up. The heat never worked even though they"fixed" it 4 times. When they worked on the break lights n headlights they messed up doing wiring, when u turned the turn signals on every outside light on the car blinked but I couldn't put it in gear unless I turned the lights on! One of there own mechanics working there still told me they have them mess things up on purpose to make more money! They tried saying I missed payments but I have all receipts it was an error they never fixed in their computer! They were changing wheelbaring n did brakes I never authorized and told me I had to pay half to even pick my car which was $300! Trash scammers is what this place is!

Yes they are friendly people, but that does not outweigh the fact that they DO NOT report for your credit. Husband has had the truck over two years and also paid it off months ago and still nothing on his credit.
