Very disappointed in Unique Bridal Boutique! I was supposed to have an appointment this last weekend. This was scheduled weeks in advance. I received my automated text the morning of my appointment we will see you today, At scheduled time. My bridal party and I arrive at Unique Bridal Boutique to no one there. After several calls and messages, which I have still yet to hear from anyone. Rude and Disappointing to say the least. Very bad business!!!! 10/10 do not recommend!

Worst costumer service! I’ve been waiting on my dress for 7 months, was told it would be shipped in October and arrive in November when I bought the dress. It is now December and still no update. When I called for an update I was rushed off the phone due to the lady stating she was working with a customer.

Any gal looking for a wedding dress, & the best overall experience with finding the perfect wedding dress, this is THE place! The selection is great, & all of the staff is absolutely wonderful, & down to Earth! I highly recommend

We went so my daughter and her friends could try on prom dresses. It's an adorable little boutique. They had a great time.Selection was quite modest, but the atmosphere and customer service is great!I did see a LARGE selection of bridal gowns for those looking for wedding.

Unique Boutique is where my wife got her wedding dress. I cannot thank them enough for treating her so well and helping her find the most beautiful dress. She looked stunning on the day and I cry if I start picturing her in it. I highly recommend them to anyone in Indiana needing a wedding dress!

PLEASE READ! Probably the most horrific experience I have ever had and hope to ever have in my life. The owner of the boutique should really be embarrassed with her behavior towards me and my family. MONTHS of mistakes and no one seemed to care even a little bit. I really really would recommend another bridal store and would steer clear from here. I had to go to a back up store the day before (yes the day before you read that right) my wedding and went to Sophia’s bridal and it was incredible.

I had the greatest time trying on dresses and finding my one with Bailey! She was so helpful and sweet. All the dresses I tried were beautiful, unique, and in my budget! With no shortage of options there’s easily something for everyone. I’m so happy with the dress I chose and can’t wait to feel so confident and beautiful on the special day.

If you are a looking for a place that will take away the stress of finding a wedding Dress and make you feel beautiful come here!! Bailey helped me try on dresses and leave with my dream dress just today. This place is full of charm and allows you to have a very personal experience. Bailey really got to know me and showed how much she cared in helping me find my dress! I would recommend this Boutique to any and everyone looking for a genuine experience!!

Great place to shop for my sister's wedding. Pricing is actually really affordable. Beautiful selection on gowns for many occasions. Friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is air upstairs because it gets really hot in the fitting rooms. Otherwise it is a very clean, comfortable, and lovely place. No real complaints. (Pictures I posted were edited to leave out anyone I didn't get permission to post)

The space for trying on / being with family/friends is extremely roomy and private, which I loved. I put a rush shipping on my dress, but when it was delayed by a couple weeks, they refunded my rush shipping fee. They are so helpful and kind. Perfect place to look for your dress!
