1/20/24I had a nice time browsing through the store this evening! The variety of houseplants by the entrance was oh so tempting! I was also pleased to find a specific kind of potting soil I thought I would have to order from Amazon! I was in the grocery section, pushing my cart down the main aisle, just minding my own business when all of sudden a cart full orders comes barreling around the corner and almost hit me...the rest of my visit was deliciously uneventful!? No worries! I will be back to visit this particular Walmart inspire of the near hit!

WAL-MART NEEDS TO BRING BACK CHECK-OUT CLERKS. SELF CHECK-OUT HAS RUINED THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! THE INTERACTION HAS GOT TO BE THERE AND STOP HAVING A SENIOR CITIZEN HARRASS EVERY CUSTOMER WITH A RECIEPT CHECK. YOU HAVE SO MANY EMPLOYEES!

They have charged my card multiple times for the same transaction! Even after getting new bank cards and only using check out they charged multiple times! Stealing money..... hmmmm for those that don't watch their money close i feel for you.... this is the worst store yet! And everytime I call customer service they hang up!

Horrible customer service from a guy 3rd shift manager."won't name him on here". He was very discriminative towards me and my husband. Literally ran up on us and yelled at us for nothing. Blamed us for things that other people are doing in the toy department. And he literally was telling an employee not to do his job as well pretty much. Something needs to be done about these managers who discriminate against us it's beyond ridiculous. If I was to need something in the food department an employee would be able to help me immediately and I'd get what I need, but this store discriminates on people who buys toys and treats them unfairly for some dam reason. Losing a ton of money because of it. Store #1388, will rate 5 stars when they stop discriminating. If push comes to shove will involve lawyers. I've had enough...

Last two times I have ordered apples I have had rotting apples in half the bag. This time 5 apples in a 3 lb bag were rotting, not just bruised. Returns are a pain, have to take the rotting fruit back to the store. We all know service center is slow, they will throw out the food. Refund should just be issued, pictures are proof.

This Walmart really raises the bar when it comes to customer relations and cleanliness. If your from out of state this Walmart is worth stopping by just to witness for yourself the professionalism and politeness of the employees.
