They diagnosed the problem one day and replaced it the next day. That was super fast and they did a good job with the new installation. Just wish they wouldn't have used those quick connect pipe connectors with my very hard water.

The installers were good and answered all of my questions and concerns. My only issue is that they were an hour later than the expected time. I should have been given a call notifying me of the delay.

The installation of the water softener was exactly on time and was done professionally. I was well pleased.It will take several weeks to get a full evaluation of the softener but I expect great results. I am replacing a 25 year old unit from the same firm which was trouble -free for 25 years...until it finally wore out!
