I had a situation on Highway 69 and the Kendallville store sent a guy out to change the tire. He was very professional. He was experienced and he was safe. He quickly had me back on the road again and I ended up going back to the Wolcottville store to have the tires fixed . Dawayne really took care of me. Without asking he made everything right, was very fair and I couldn’t appreciate the response to my issue any better. I would highly recommend dealing with these guys and this company. “I lost a tire on the road the other day. After throwing on my spare, I got to the shop with less than an hour before they closed. I got help and a new tire ordered without any hesitation. Next day they put it on. I only have this one experience with Tire Star but I can't think of anything negative about it. Nice people, good service.”
