I'm giving this 5 stars just because I appreciated the employee that was working, the help she gave me. I believe her name was Lily. She was super nice and helpful. My daughter and I went in looking for some dress shoes in white. She told us in honesty that there wasn't much in white which was ok. We found something else that worked out and I was surprised to find some in my daughter's size. I even asked about sock liners for flat shoes she went out of her way to grab some and show us what they had. So thank you for being a great employee and helping through the shoe shopping experience!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to use the Klarna app to pay. It took the money out of my account right then. Even showed the cashier but still wouldn’t give me the shoes. So she runs it again and takes the whole amount out. Now I’m out $75 and won’t get it back for about week even though I paid instantly. Shoe sensation in kendallville is a joke. I will never buy there Buyers beware
