They're body shop did a great job on the body repairs on my Yukon Denali XL. They even went out of there way to repair some dents that weren't associated with the hail damage. They also replaced the windshield and detailed the interior when finished. Top notch outstanding job.

Very responsive in communicating and it was a no-hassle purchase experience. Jeff, Byron, and Tim were all very helpful in purchasing this truck. Tim spent the time to go through all of the features and answer any questions I had to get the truck setup.

I get my vehicle serviced here and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The advisors are never pushy for more work and I absolutely love when they make a video about my vehicle inspection! The best place in town for vehicle maintenance 10/10 Thanks Shepherds Service Department!

Customer service was fantastic! The salesman George went above and beyond bringing the car to me to test drive on a Friday evening. Valuing my trade in was easy. Closing the deal and signing documents with Russ was convenient and went very smooth! Would highly recommend George and Russ at Shepherd’s in Kendallville!!!
