We got the special of but "one get one" and chose the quarter pounder, only to find out it was on a much smaller bun and not made when we ordered it. The hamburger and the bun were all dried out.

Went to Kroger had the worst check out experience the lady had to keep coming over because the self check out said I was stealing ? what happened to going through a line and checking out

The stores are fine, but you have to dodge aerial and land litter to get to them. It's convenient for me, so the property owners and I have compromised. I'll keep shopping there and they'll keep letting their lot spill all over that side of town.
